DryChem - SAP FICO Consultant - Full Lifecycle Implementation (10-12 yrs)

Skill : SAP HANA/ FICO Consultant is Mandatory.

Experience : 10 + Years is mandatory.

Location : Navi Mumbai, Ghansoli, Mahape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team min 10 application specialists and support staff.

- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support professional development.

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems across the organization.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP-related projects and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, providing high-level technical support.

- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

- Lead SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct end-to-end configurations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).

- Drive and support SAP S/4HANA 2023 implementation projects, providing expert-level advice on FICO and COPA processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.

- Provide hands-on Fiori app configuration for finance-related processes, enhancing the user experience.

- Lead solution design workshops, creating functional specifications and overseeing the development of custom reports, interfaces, and workflows.

- Ensure the successful integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).

- Perform data migration, system testing, and training of end-users.

- Optimize COPA configurations and reporting for accurate profitability analysis and management decision-making.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and propose system enhancements for continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in SAP FICO, COPA, and S/4HANA to drive innovations within the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP FICO module, including full lifecycle implementations.

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA 2023 and Fiori applications.

- Strong expertise in SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center

Accounting, and other CO sub-modules.

- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP) in a S/4HANA environment.

- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.

- Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams on custom

development.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead SAP FICO projects from blueprinting to go-live.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA.

- Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or services.

- Familiarity with the latest SAP innovations such as SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting.
