Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Administration Lead and manage the clinical education team, including instructors and support staff. Develop and implement clinical education policies, procedures, and standards. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical training with theoretical instruction.Curriculum & Training Development Design and update clinical training curricula to align with current nursing practices and standards. Develop simulation-based training modules and hands-on clinical experiences. Evaluate and improve teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.Clinical Supervision & Assessment Supervise clinical instructors and nursing students during clinical rotations. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support. Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with educational and clinical benchmarks.Collaboration with Healthcare Facilities Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. Coordinate placement of nursing students for clinical practice. Ensure clinical training sites meet educational and safety standards.Professional Development & Mentorship Mentor nursing students and clinical instructors, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to keep staff updated on best practices. Support career development and skills enhancement for team members.Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements for nursing education. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of clinical training. Prepare and submit reports for internal reviews and external audits."
