Position: Business Development Executive (Immediate Joiners Needed)
HQ Locations: Gurugram/Delhi - NCR
Team Role: No, it is an individual contributor role.
Academic Background: B. Pharmacy/Science Background is preferred.
CTC Targeted: 3 - 4.50 Lacs per annum (Gross CTC) + Field Allowances as per company's policies.
Work Experience Criteria:
- We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.
- We are looking for the Business Development Executive to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales for the assigned business markets.
- Min. 2 - 4 years of Sales experience in Pharma/Diagnostic/Healthcare Segment is needed. (We are OK with any specialty experience)
Role Responsibilities :
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
- Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts.
