As new phase of Play-To-Win strategy, funding this pipeline and new launches is key to materialize the miracles of the science to improve people lives. Thus, as we enter the next phase, modernization of Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level.

The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

As part of GTMC, vision of the Omnichannel pillar is the definition of Sanofi-wide best-in-class Omnichannel engagement strategy, including development of standards & best practices across markets and brand teams, as well as executional planning and support of local Omnichannel approaches (including change management). GTMC will also collaborate closely with Digital to provide consistent tools.

As a Manager - Omnichannel Graphic Designing for Content Operations, within our Hyderabad Hub, youll be responsible for supporting the Content Operations Hub Team, ensuring seamless business continuity and driving strategies aligned with global priorities in Content Operations, GenAI, and digital presence optimization.

Main responsibilities:

The overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:

Overseeing development of high quality designs/graphic components from ideation to execution/dissemination within agreed timeline and guidelines. Manage the collaboration with the operations and writing team (Content Operations Hub/other Omnichannel Hub teams); meet timelines, milestones, and project metrics. Drive the projects from designing and content enhancement (motion/static as relevant) perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion within scope defined by the Omnichannel pillar/GTMC for driving content excellence in Hub services such as content creation, modular content and technical production. Collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders/Hubs/GTMC pillars.

Manage design, production, and review (in collaboration with writing team/Omnichannel Content Operations Hub) of engaging, impactful, SEO-friendly content for websites (Healthcare Professionals & patients), campus portals, flyers, brochures, handouts, e-learning modules, social media channels, and Omnichannel campaigns (including but not limited to banners, emails, newsletters, social media content, interactive visual aids/slide decks, images, icons, gifs, scrolls, carousals, video capabilities [KOL interview videos/videos/video articles/video editing/video animation etc.], audio clips/podcasts/audio articles/sound editing, infographics/infographic animation, flip books). Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, peers/team to develop, and promote best-in-class customer experience through best-in-class content. Coordinate support for channel excellence templates, and channel agnostic modular content framework development / repurposing / execution as per the provided guidelines and specifications.

Coordinate and drive Graphics support for Content Powerhouse/GenAI initiatives (as relevant): Support in enhancing the visual aspect of marketing content, working closely with the team to bring generative AI-generated assets to life. This role involves applying design principles to format, refine, and visually elevate content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives, and ensuring a consistent visual identity across all assets created (website, social media platforms, etc.).

People: (1) Maintain effective relationship with the stakeholders within the allocated GTMC pillar and cross-pillars - with an end objective to develop content and establish operational excellence as per requirement; (2) Constantly assist project team on methods/processes (3) Partner with Project Manager/Leads for individual development plans (4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams in GTMC to build digital transformation/to bring innovative digital solutions (5) Provide proactive recommendations on improving content design excellence and play an active role to follow the best practices in relation to processes, communications, project management, documentation and technical requirements
Performance: (1) Coordinate development of tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity (2) Collaborate with writing team and other designers to ensure delivery as per agreed timelines and quality; (3) Collaborate with team/Project Manager/Lead to develop process, and technological expertise; and (4) Recommend and implement tactical process improvements within the department and division-wide
Process: (1) Coordinate delivery of projects in terms of tools, technology, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by Content Operations Hub; (2) Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high design/content enhancement standards for the output produced by the Hub and support continues improvement/innovation in designing/content enhancement activities; (3) Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards; (4) Facilitate development of complex scientific content (branded/unbranded); (5) Designing and setting up new templates adhering to brand guidelines and manage the continuity (6) Help build capabilities across GBUs/therapeutic area(s); (7) Work with selected vendors within the region to deliver the required deliverables as per defined process; (8) Leverage advanced training delivery tools and techniques (upskill/self-learn/co-learn [share best practices with team]) for enhancing the effectiveness of process delivery; (9) Coach junior graphic designers, provide technical support and guidance, as needed
Stakeholder: (1) Work closely with GTMC/Omnichannel pillars (Global, Local, and Hub) to identify content need and assist in developing assigned deliverables and (2) Liaise with cross-functional Omnichannel teams to provide relevant and customized deliverables

About you

Experience : >8 years of experience in graphic design, content enhancement, video creation, and new media (including up to 2 years in project management); experience in content creation/optimization/designing excellence in medico-marketing / medical / commercial / Omnichannel domain for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry/digital platforms is preferred
Soft skills : Stakeholder management; project management; proficient in written & oral communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Technical skills : Graphic designing and content enhancement capabilities (static and/or motion designing [including the below but not limited to]):
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe audition, and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word tools
- Experience in working with Articulate Storyline 360 or iSpring experience is preferred
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design, experience in designing for various digital platforms and formats is desirable
- Use of Figma as preferred WebDesign tool; familiarity with Veeva and SFMC platform is desirable
- Ability to translate complex information into video or other allied easy ways to communicate visually
- Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having expertise in the graphic and current design trends
- Experience / knowledge following brand guidelines while working on deliverables and preparing templates
Education : Graduate or postgraduate in any stream. Primarily in graphic design or art with focus on visualization of scientific content (medico-marketing / medical / commercial / Omnichannel domain for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry/digital platforms)
Languages : Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
