Digital Process Enablement / ServiceNow CoE

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Integration Hub, REST API & Cloud technologies, IT Operations Management (ITOM) & Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Your primary responsibility will be to capture Business Requirements from stakeholders and transform them into innovative interfaces & flows on the ServiceNow platform. Your designs will align seamlessly with Sanofi s cutting-edge Enterprise Architecture, driving efficiency & excellence across our organization. • Solution Design : Lead the design of ServiceNow integrations with Sanofi solutions to meet business requirements.

• Development : Develop and configure ServiceNow APIs, endpoints, and flows.

• Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, leveraging plugins, spokes, and configuring RESTful APIs and gateways.

• Configuration : Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Compliance : Ensure all integrations comply with v endor Best Practices & industry regulations ( GxP , SOX , Cyber) .

• Continuous Improvement : Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver more customer value.

• Support : Provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including testing & troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality.

• Collaboration : Foster relationships with partners, experts from other functions, and customers to achieve strategic objectives .

• Project & Financial Tracking : Monitor progress against project milestones, financial targets, and policy implementations to achieve team goals.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years in a S enior or L ead role.

• Expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST & SOAP API, JavaScript , Flow Designer

• Advanced skills in integrating ServiceNow with other E nterprise systems , Cloud s (AWS, Azure, GCP) & third-party applications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Excellent problem-solvin g, analytical skills & s trong communication skills.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) & Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles & tools

• Experience in a Regulated P harmaceutical , GxP or SOX environment is a plus
