APPS DBA - General and 2nd Shift

Core DBA - 3 Shifts (Rotational)

Job Description for "Oracle Apps DBA" Position :
1. Above 5+yrs of experience in Oracle Apps 11i & R12 and Database 11g & 12c administration.
2. Strong working experience in monitoring, performance tuning & production support
3. Experience in managing very large, highly transactional, multiple RDBMS Oracle Databases.
4. Expertise in all major versions of technology stack including Database, iAS, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, Enterprise Manager, SOA, WebLogic and JVM
5. Should have experience on ADPatch, Autoconfig utility, AD utilities etc.
6. Hands-on experience in ASM & Data Guard
7. Good understanding of Backup and Recovery concepts
8. Hands-on experience in database backups & Data Guard
9. Develop scripts for database task scheduling, monitoring and maintenance.
10. Readiness to work in shifts and Weekend On call support
11. Good knowledge of basic Unix shell scripting will be added advantage
12. Good communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with Customers
13. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with focus on solving problems separately
14. Involve in meetings with Customer / Business User to understand their expectations

Job Description for "Oracle Core DBA" Position :
1. Above 5+yrs of experience in Oracle Database Administration of 11g/12c.
2. Good practical exp in monitoring, tuning a database to provide a high availability service
3. Experience in managing very large, highly transactional, multiple RDBMS Oracle Databases.
4. Good understanding of Backup and Recovery concepts. Must have knowledge in Managing RMAN backups.
5. Hands-on experience in Data Guard.
6. Knowledge in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) will be an advantage.
7. Having knowledge of IBM-Netezza, MicroStrategy, GCP-BigQuery administration will be an added advantage.
8. Having experience in managing any ETL tool will be an added advantage.
9. Readiness to work in shifts and Weekend On call support.
10. Good knowledge of basic Unix shell scripting will be an added advantage.
11. Good communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with Customers.
12. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with focus on solving problems separately.
