Education: Diploma in Pharmacy/ B Pharm (With valid pharmacist license)

Experience: 0 1 Year

Role and Responsibilities:

• To clear the patients doubts on medication
• Optimum inventory to be maintained at all times to increase service level.
• To maintain the stocks as per the FIFO Method.
• To be informed Pharmaco Therapeutic Committee (PTC) about frequently receiving prescription through HOD for seeking approval.
• Implementation of PTCs minuets of meeting related to drugs.
• Look alike, sound alike, high alert items to be identified and maintained.
• To be maintained the documents for newly approved drugs.
• Updating of drug formulary and maintain location wise.
• Sales report to be maintained as per drug license rules.
• Drugs to be stored as per direction given by the manufacturer.
• To check short expiry drugs periodically and removal from racks
• Alternative drugs to be informed to HOD if not available the presently using drugs in market to take necessary action.
• Perpetual stock verification is to be carried out daily.
