Site Supervisor/Engineer

• Skills: Site supervision, AutoCAD (preferred), construction planning, quality control, material management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee site work, ensure safety, review & draft drawings, coordinate with teams, track progress.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Draft and/or review shop drawings and construction details.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress and report on daily/weekly activities.
• Manage construction materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and utilization.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
