Job Description

Mandatory - Graduation from commerce background
Preferred - Additional qualifications in Accounts operations/Management
Scope of Work
Accounts assistants who independently support to Bank related work
Replying to emails and knowledge of expense reimbursement & GST

Description- (Incumbent needs to do/ Outcome anticipated)

Bank related activities like Bank guarantee, Letter of credit, Import remittance

Independently reply emails related to banking activity

Knowledge of IDPMS & EDPMS

Preparation of BOQ for costing

Work on tracking closure of bill of entry

Scrutinize & verify vouchers of travelling expenses as per company policy

Prepare MIS reports

Work on sales, purchase & expenses entry

Knowledge of projected cash flow

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals

Handling petty cash

Process reimbursement forms

Prepare bank deposits

Incumbent needs to know

Detailed understanding of financial transactions

Check spreadsheets for accuracy

Working on ERP system including data entry

Desired Professional Attributes and skills (knowledge, communication, leadership)

Communication skill written and spoken

Open to learn new things / concepts

Committed and disciplined

Good interpersonal skills

Expertise in effective applications of computes such as ERP, Excel

Preferable Gender - Male/Female Preferable Age Group 28-32 yrs. Residence - Preferably residing in nearby locations CTC (Max) Rs. 3 to 4 lakhs

Training Requirements

Organization HR policies, Organization structure

Department structure, roles and responsibilities Specific work processes in NNSPL

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting of manufacturing company
