Senior Accounts Executive - Immediate Joining

Responsibilities-

• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, Depreciation Chart and other documents.
• Preparing & finalization of TDS including returns
• Manages the payroll process such as EPF, ESIC etc. including filing of return.
• Manages the accounting entry of investment such as debenture, share, Mutual Fund, PMS etc
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of accounting software-tally, MS-office etc.
