Roles and Responsibilities

HR Activities:

• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• End to End Recruitment & Onboarding (Field Recruitment). Source candidates and update our database.
• Capable to handle +300 female manpower.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Plan to Action for Reducing Absenteeism & Attrition.
• Maintaining, Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Opening Salary Bank Account & Generating PF & EISC Number.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of meeting.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, tactics, systems and procedures.
• Enhancing employee relations by addressing issues, demands & grievances.
• Nurture a positive work environment.
• Drive Employee Engagement Activities.
• Assess development & training needs to apply and plan, execute and monitor training programs.
• Need to hire and handle blue collar employees
• Canvassing is must

Payroll:

• Leave & Attendance Data 100% accuracy
• Spine Software HRIS & HRMS
• Statutory compliances.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

Admin:

• Overlooking House Keeping contractual Manpower
• Overlooking Security contractual Manpower
• Overlooking Employee Transport Facility
• Overlooking Purchase, Inward & outward of Pantry & HK Material

Desired Candidate Profile

Female Candidate with Manufacturing or Warehousing Experience.

We are looking for an HR to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS & HRMS
• Well versed in manpower turnover control
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
