Job Description
- Administer and maintain internal application built on the Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
- Design and implement low-code Salesforce solutions, including custom objects & flows.
- Perform regular data audits, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and data transformation rules for integration projects.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated processes to provide actionable insights and improve data quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform performance, integrations, and functionality.
- Stay updated with features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully leveraging platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
- Establish and enforce governance standards, data quality guidelines, and best practices for Platform usage
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years experience, preferably with Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Data processing and reporting experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics.
