Job Description
- Design and Development:
- Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Customize and extend Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise applications and data sources.

- System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and connectors.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and performance.

- Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor Power Platform environments to ensure availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the Microsoft CoE team to leverage best practices and new features.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes.

- Data Management and Reporting:
- Design and implement data models and reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.
- Provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making.

- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Power Platform environments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments.

- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and integrating solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with enterprise IT application and solutions integration.

- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and components.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
