Global Specialist, Solutions Delivery, Dev. Centers Solutions

The role is managing service delivery for Global Development Pipeline and Portfolio (GDPP) -Sandoz Development center solutions (SDCS) domain of the company across all geographies. Accountable to Sandoz Global Development Lab business for end-to-end project delivery and/or operations in the GDPP- SDCS domain. Partner with Business Stakeholders (Analytical, Formulation and Bio Technical Development) and Technology teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery of Lab applications CDS, LIMS, ELN and local applications connected to instruments (HPLC, Balances, etc).

• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s)
• Support service delivery and operations for Lab applications i.e., CDS, LIMS, ELN and local QC applications connected to instruments.
• Implement and Review operation model, risks and mitigation and support projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams for demand analysis / change requests, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates
• Partner with vendors to keep abreast with upgrades, changes and latest technology
• Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions
• Ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services
• Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures

• 3 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in Development labs
• Good Functional experience in pharmaceutical development domains combined with build & run of Digital & IT solutions
• Strong experience in CDS (Empower / Chromeleon) and Lab apps connected to instruments (HPLC, UPLC, Balances, etc.) and exposure to LIMS and ELN systems.
• Strong Analytical knowledge and troubleshooting experience in Lab apps
• Experience and understanding of Agile product development
• Knowledge of IT & business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP) and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
