7.Desired Qualification (a) Academic DME/BE/ B.Tech (b)Technical Machanical Engineering 8.Desired Experience 4 to 5 Yrs

9.Key Responsibility - Area Bop Inspection, Supplier Management

10.Key Competencies Required

12. Budgeted CTC 3.50 LPA to 4.50 LPA

1. Measurement Techniques,
2. Familiar with Mfg. processes (Assembly, Molding, Casting, Painting, Platting, Powder coating, Fabrication, Sheet metal).
3. Familiar with Engineering Drawing / Specifications.
4. Familiar with national/International standards, Customer Specific Standards,
5. Material Knowledge,
6. Familiar with QC core tools (MSA, SPC, PPAP, Calibration of measuring Instruments),
7. Proficient with problem solving techniques, 7 QC tools.
8. Vendor auditing skill (Mfg. Process Audit, System Audit).
