Role & responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to customers to sell products/services.

2. Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide solutions.

3. Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.

4. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.

5. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
