JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: .NET Developer

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Chennai

To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude, and enterprise mindset and the following capabilities and skills:

1. Develop Web Applications: Create, maintain, and enhance web applications using .NET MVC and modern front-end technologies.
2. Front-End Integration: Work closely with designers and front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
4. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
6. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.

Required Skills:

1. The candidate should have experience working on any HRMS product
2. .NET MVC: Strong experience with .NET MVC without entity,Ado.NET and C#.
3. Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
4. API Development: Experience with RESTful API design and development.
5. Database Management: Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
6. Version Control: Proficient with version control systems like Git.
7. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
3. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
4. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
5. Testing: Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
6. Database Management: Should have exposure to DB Design
