Learning Resource Developer Chemistry and Biology

• Ideate digital learning resources.
• Collaborate with designers and subject experts to create innovative tools for experiential learning.

• Ensure all materials meet high standards for scientific accuracy, readability, and instructional effectiveness.
• Test prototypes with educators and students to gather feedback and refine resources accordingly.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemistry or Biology.
• Additional certifications in curriculum design, STEM education, or instructional design are preferred.

Subject Expertise

• Strong conceptual knowledge of Chemistry and Biology, particularly at school level.
• Ability to apply interdisciplinary approaches and demonstrate real-life applications of science concepts.

• Proficiency in creating textbooks, workbooks, lab manuals, and other educational materials.
• Creativity in designing resources that foster inquiry-based and hands-on learning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex scientific ideas for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail in content presentation and formatting.

• Ability to assist project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with project management tools (eg, Asana, Trello) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to develop innovative and effective teaching-learning resources.
• Openness to exploring new methodologies and tools in Chemistry and Biology education.

• At least 3 5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or content creation in Chemistry and Biology.
• Experience in developing STEM-based educational resources or working with educational organizations is a plus.
