Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: ROCOCO MILANO (GOLF COURSE ROAD, Gurgaon)

Department: Sales


Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher MBA/Under grad to join as a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact from day one. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, generating meetings, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through various methods including Architects meeting, networking and through site mapping.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Cold Calling:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls to introduce the company's products/services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Overcome objections and secure appointments with decision-makers.

3. Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize meetings with prospects for the team.
  • Prepare thoroughly for meetings by researching the clients business and needs.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are taken after each meeting to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

4. Sales Presentations:

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Present product demonstrations, highlight key features, and explain the benefits to potential customers.
  • Answer client queries and address concerns during presentations.

5. Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Support sales campaigns and initiatives as needed.

6. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including cold calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Use Google sheet to track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.

Qualifications: • MBA/Undergrad in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Prior internship or project experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
