Hiring: Head of Pre Sales (HOD)
Location: Samraat Group, Nashik

Role & Responsibilities:

As the Pre-Sales Head, you will be the first point of contact for customer connectivity and presales operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs while collaborating across sales, project and execution teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who excels in fostering team excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving market trends. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Client Engagement and Connectivity: • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth presales operations. • Step in to handle customer calls and discussions in the absence of team members, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Team Management and Leadership: • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing pre-sales team, fostering innovation and collaboration. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Process Optimization: • Optimize the use of pre-sales tools, processes, and templates for

efficiency and scalability. • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaboration: • Work closely with project and marketing teams to align technical capabilities with client needs. • Provide insights to influence project roadmaps and improve market responsiveness.
