?Key Job Responsibilities
Author and publish high-impact documentation addressing customer needs.
Manage all aspects of the documentation process from planning to content maintenance.
Be hands-on with the products in our portfolio installing and configuring the products and exploring new features in each release.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop whitepapers, presentations, and product videos that strengthen the Acalvio brand.
Use writing experience to assist in creating sales-enablement collateral that will enable sales personnel to excel in a customer-first approach to selling Acalvio s products.
Manage multiple deliverables in each release.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
6 to 10 years of experience in technical writing.
Excellent technical writing skills.
Experience working on video documentation.
A willingness to be agile and adaptable to a varying set of content needs.
Experience with content management systems, source control systems, Camtasia, Jira, and Confluence is an added advantage.
