?Our client is looking for candidates for Jr. Automation Developer role

Desired candidate should have;

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e. g. , UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and low code platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix).
- Good understanding of MS Azure Cloud
- Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying RPA solutions in a production environment.
- Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.
- Ability to design and implement applications using these platforms.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
- Experience with scripting languages (e. g. , JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes.
- Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience deploying automation solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience managing end-to-end automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong background in analyzing and mapping business processes.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Experience with low code/no code platforms, with at least 3+ years in a related role.
- Experience leading a team of developers or automation specialists.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Understanding of industry-specific challenges and how automation can address them.
- Experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e. g. , UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer).
- Certifications in low code/no code platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application in automation projects.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement.
- Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, etc.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying low code solutions to meet business needs.
- Hands-on experience in the entire RPA lifecycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience in assessing business processes to identify automation opportunities and designing efficient RPA solutions.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
