Job Title: Corporate Sales Development Executive


We are looking for energetic and motivated Corporate Sales Development Executives with Min. 1 year of experience in B2B sales to contribute to revenue growth through IT and Non-IT training programs, e-learning solutions, and corporate training offerings. This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in a dynamic sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • New Client Acquisition: Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and build a database of leads.
  • Lead Generation: Utilise platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other B2B tools to identify prospects and schedule meetings.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, clearly presenting our offerings and value propositions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.
  • Sales Follow-ups: Take ownership of leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in preparing tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Objection Handling: Handle objections effectively and confidently during negotiations.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Maintain an updated sales pipeline, report progress to management, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Qualifications:


  • Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft basic proposals and customise them as per client needs.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
