As an Educational Ed-tech Sales Associate, you will be crucial in promoting and selling our innovative educational solutions to schools, colleges, and other academic institutions.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Present and promote products or services to clients, addressing their needs and preferences.

- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
