Service Engineer

Service Engineer - to carry out installation /servicing and customer training for chromatography products .

Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install chromatography systems and peripherals as per manufacturer's guidelines.
• Configure and calibrate instruments to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of systems.
• Servicing and Maintenance:
• Perform preventive maintenance on chromatography systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment.
• Replace defective parts and components.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Customer Training:
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of chromatography systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Field Service:
• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
• Work independently to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records.
• Prepare detailed service reports.
• Comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
