Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, medical services, and hospital administration.
  
• Manage budgets, resources allocation, and financial planning to ensure efficient use of funds.
  
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members.
  
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain high-quality healthcare services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in hospital management or related field (medical superintendent role preferred).
  
• MBBS degree from an Indian institute followed by MD/MSc/MBA/PGDM in Hospital Administration or relevant specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of clinical administration, medication administration, medical operations, patient care principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

MD with Experience as professor with Administration as per NMC Norm
