Job Description
SAM College of Engineering and Technology is looking for Research Fellows to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Plan, design, and execute research projects within the specified field of study
- Conduct experiments, surveys, or data collection activities to gather relevant data
- Analyze research data using appropriate methodologies and statistical tools
- Literature Review:Review and synthesize existing literature and research in the field
- Stay up-to-date with recent developments, theories, and advancements in the research area
- Publication and Dissemination:Prepare research papers, reports, and manuscripts for publication in academic journals and conferences
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and academic gatherings
- Share research results through presentations and written publications
- Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow researchers, professors, and scholars on joint research projects
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaborations and engage in knowledge-sharing
- Grant Proposal Development:Contribute to the development of grant proposals to secure research funding
- Assist in securing external funding for research projects
- Mentoring and Supervision:Provide guidance and mentorship to graduate students, research assistants, or junior researchers
- Supervise and coordinate research activities as needed
- Ethical Compliance:Ensure that research activities adhere to ethical standards and institutional guidelines
- Maintain the integrity of research data and findings
- Research Administration:Assist in administrative tasks related to research projects, including budget management and project coordination
- Professional Development:Stay informed about the latest research methodologies, tools, and technologies relevant to the field
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance research skills
