Pattern Master

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master with a strong background in western wear, particularly womenswear, to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. We are seeking a highly skilled professional who understands draping, grading and garment construction while maintaining precision in fit and finish.

Role & responsibilities

* Develop accurate patterns based on brand-specific size charts

* Ensure precision in fit, draping, and garment structure

* Expertise in size grading and technical detailing

* Work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life with a keen eye for craftsmanship

* Prior experience in menswear cutting is a plus

Preferred candidate profile

* Previous experience with leading designers in women's wear

* Strong technical knowledge of pattern-making for contemporary western wear

* Ability to translate design concepts into well-executed patterns

* Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of fabric behavior and draping techniques
