Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with expertise in Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), API integrations, and a deep understanding of SFMC Studios. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize advanced marketing campaigns and integrations to drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:

• Develop custom solutions using SSJS, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS within Marketing Cloud.
• Create dynamic, personalized emails, landing pages, and SMS templates using SFMC scripting languages.
• Implement complex marketing automations using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.

API Integrations & Data Management:

• Build and maintain integrations between SFMC and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and optimize data extensions, SQL queries, and Contact Builder for advanced segmentation and reporting.
• Handle data imports/exports through FTP/SFTP and APIs to ensure real-time synchronization.

Studio Expertise:

• Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder for creating multi-channel campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CloudPages for microsites and lead capture forms.
• Leverage Advertising Studio for data-driven social and display advertising campaigns.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Debug and resolve issues in scripts, APIs, and workflows within Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for maximizing SFMC capabilities.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in SSJS, AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0 for integrations.
• Proficiency in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
• Familiarity with Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, and Advertising Studio is a plus.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and data modeling for campaign management.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
