Salesforce Developer - Financial Service Cloud (3-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud to join our growing team.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions for our US-based clients in the financial services industry.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong development skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning1 Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Implement business logic, workflows, and automation using declarative tools (e.g, Process Builder, Flow Builder).

- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and other integration methods.

- Build and deploy custom applications and components within the Salesforce platform.

- Leverage Financial Services Cloud features and functionalities to build tailored solutions for clients in the financial services industry.

- Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud components, such as client profiles, financial accounts, and interaction tracking.

- Develop custom solutions within Financial Services Cloud to meet specific client needs.

- Design and develop custom components and functionalities within Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).

- Create engaging and user-friendly experiences for clients and partners.

- Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and systems.

- Collaborate closely with US-based clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Participate in project planning and execution.

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- 1+ years of experience with Financial Services Cloud (mandatory).

- Experience working on projects for US-based clients (mandatory).

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.

- Experience with integration patterns and APIs
