Job Description : Salesforce Developer (Field Service Lightning - FSL)
Experience Required : Total 8+ years, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform development, specializing in FSL implementations, customization, and optimization. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities :
FSL Implementation & Customization :
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet client business requirements.
- Customize FSL features like Service Territories, Work Rules, Scheduling Policies, and Mobile Workforce Setup.
Salesforce Development :
- Develop and maintain customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and APIs.
- Build and enhance custom objects, workflows, triggers, and automation processes to optimize FSL functionality.
Integration :
- Integrate Salesforce FSL with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
System Optimization :
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSL configurations, scheduling, and mobile app functionality.
- Perform performance tuning and ensure high system reliability.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to gather
requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain best practices in FSL development.
Documentation and Training :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and administrators.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Certifications :
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
- Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Application Architect are a plus.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Salesforce FSL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including security, sharing, and data model design.
- Experience with tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Expertise in integration techniques (APIs, Middleware, Data Migration).
Experience :
- Proven 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce FSL.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
