Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer and Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce development expertise, with a specialized focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. In this leadership role, you will design, implement, and oversee Salesforce CPQ projects, guide a team of developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CPQ Development & Implementation:

- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.

- Customize CPQ features, such as product bundles, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote generation.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service) and third-party systems.

2. Technical Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering technical excellence.

- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional leads to ensure the integrity and consistency of CPQ implementations.

3. Project Management:

- Partner with project managers to estimate work effort, define timelines, and allocate resources.

- Conduct technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

4. Troubleshooting & Support:

- Provide technical support and resolve CPQ-related issues efficiently.

- Monitor solution performance and scalability, optimizing where necessary.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and corporate policies.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and industry best practices.

- Identify and implement process improvements for Salesforce CPQ operations.

- Mentor junior developers, promoting their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least **3 years** specializing in Salesforce CPQ.

- Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations.

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative development tools.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and security.

- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

3. Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Required).

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (Preferred).

- Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.

4. Leadership & Communication:

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and manage development teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
