Salesforce Consultant - Solution engineering (Pre-Sales)

MTX Group Inc. (MTX) seeks a motivated Senior and Lead Consultants to join our team. MTX is a global technology consulting firm that enables organizations to modernize through digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for complex technical and digital marketing requirements
• Take ownership of workshops, whiteboarding, presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds
• Understand specific client requirements and analyze them.
• Conducted detailed cost estimations based on time and effort if required.
• Provide inputs for client demos/presentations/collaterals
• Provide input for creating responses to RFPs/RFIs
• To collaborate with the team and work closely with sales to uncover real business problems faced by customers and prospects and develop solutions
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including the time and scope involved
• Supporting the sales team with all technical-related queries
• Conducting client discovery calls with Sales Representatives
• Strategizing with the sales team to create solutions to lead the proposal to winning opportunities

What you will bring:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge in the Salesforce Public Sector, At Least 1+ years of experience in Omnistudio is a must.
• Experience with integration technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices
• Proven experience leading the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions for clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong team player and leadership skills
• Experience leading and managing teams of developers, including setting goals and objectives, allocating resources, and providing mentorship
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with software development best practices
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Experience working with third-party Salesforce-based apps, such as Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce Pardot, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Nintex Docugen, DocuSign.
• Strong knowledge in Salesforce Automation and process automation using flows, process builder,s and triggers
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Communities and Lightning web components
• Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the execution of a proposed project plan
• Must be able to work according to Australia Time Zone hours.
