About Freshers Hiring Program

Kinara is providing an opportunity for freshers to start their career in the NBFC Industry. Company will hire trainees and pay Rs. 15,000 stipend per month in the 1st 6 months.

An assessment will be conducted at the end of 6 month and the performance of the trainees during this period will be evaluated

Shortlisted trainees will be hired on company role with a monthly CTC up to 18,000 and a performance based incentives will also be paid

Candidates should have a Two Wheeler with a valid driving license. Trainees will be eligible for petrol conveyance over and above their stipend/salary

Roles and Responsibilities

Promotions

• Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs;
• Take steps to acquire new clients and minimize drop-outs;

Client acquisition

• Screening and orientation etc.
• To collect all the loan documentations to satisfy the KYC norms and also legal compliance Individual client identification,
• To ensure the business credibility of the loan applicant through discussions with buyer, customers and vendors

Loan disbursement:

• Ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients;
• Deliver quality customer service and take corrective measures if necessary.

Any Graduates Passed out in the year 2022, 2023 & 2024
