Job Description

  • Lead the Customerin their digital transformation Journey starting with consulting to build thedigital transformation roadmap followed by Implementation of the digitalimprovement initiatives.
  • Co-ordinatewith Regional Sales and Services team to create opportunities for DigitalTransformation and OT cyber security
  • Qualifyleads, develop the same and drive until conversion
  • StudyRFQ / Customer requirement and detail scope of work for each proposal.
  • Incase RFQ is not available, help customers create an RFQ through a co-creationexercise
  • Createdigital transformation and OT Cyber security proposals from offering stage tillproject handover and ensure high level of detailing
  • Preparea Proposal Plan, which should also include all resources, responsibilities,deliverables, and dates, for stakeholders and partners.
  • Alignwith internal and external partners who will be critical in developing /delivering the solution
  • Build& Submit a high quality Technical and Commercial proposal with sales.
  • Ensureterms and conditions covering all risks for sales and after sales on bothtechnical and commercial fronts
  • Windigital transformation deals with customers.
Skills & Abilities

-
Deepunderstanding of the digital transformation and OT Cyber security
- StrongValue Selling skills with a focus to win
- Capabilityto operate at C Levels
- Abilityto work with Cross Business Teams
- Knowledgeof:
o Manufacturingprocesses, various Manufacturing Systems and Automation. MES knowledgepreferable
o OTcyber security. Good knowledge of network concepts preferred
o Supplychain, logistics and warehouse functions
- Domainknowledge of any discrete manufacturing Industry viz , Automotive, F&B,Aerospace preferred.
- ExcellentCommunication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurialattitude and experience of interacting with Customers.
- Growthmindset with a focus on creating impact

Experience
  • Approx7 to 10 yrs of experience in working for Business development and sales
  • Experiencein IT-OT consulting in business processes and systems , with at least someexperience in Manufacturing Automation and IT / OT business
  • Experiencein manufacturing setup and automation / MES preferred
  • GraduateEngineers preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Process planning, IndustrialEngineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering with post-graduation in Sales/ Marketing
