The candidate will be working for the EA PRO CP BU Sales team and work as Sales Specialist / Expert at Partner support on Product Sales, Promotion, Business Development and networking with influencers for all India.
The position is for a role to facilitate business acquisition supporting the Regional Sales Vertical Managers-
The candidate will be responsible for opportunities short/medium term.
The candidate is expected to create / network for customer engagement with various stake holders to ensure that these opportunities, projects, special initiatives.
The candidates will be required to engage / interact with End Customers, Consultants, EPCs and actively support the Vertical-Focus approach viz Utilities, Industries, Infra, Buildings, Healthcare, FB etc.
The candidate is expected to create / identify early leads with help of Regional Sales, engage with customers to positively influence the customer requirements to actively specify SIEMENS products secure approvals against similar competing products business models to have fair competition.
The candidates will also align for the best sales approach for opportunities in coordination with Regional Sales Vertical managers.
The candidates will also network with other BU s ex EP / Buildings etc. to enhance visibility of projects to be worked in coordination.
The candidate will be involved at all stages of the Sales Cycle including the finalization of the order and shall be responsible for the OI / TO / and other financial targets as EA PRO CP.
The candidates are also expected to actively engage with HQ, PLM, RD for necessary alignment on product improvements and strategies.
For the purpose they will also be responsible to create Dash boards for product portfolios; presentations, Ready reckoner specifications alongside competitor products which can be referred by BU Regional Sales teams.
He will be responsible to work closely with the Vertical managers and merge the activities in alignment of the vertical focus plans for large /key customers.
He will also be centrally responsible to plan and conduct various Sales Promotion activities with target-customers / focus verticals to enrich our business extraction planned by the CP team.
He will be responsible to conducting product campaigns, conduct online / offline seminars and customer engagement programs for CPs and customers.
He will also be responsible for ensuring periodic training and update to all channel partners internal team [region BU], and conduct customer specific workshops along with Partners, with the help of training experts at OAIS OPA
He will also be centrally monitoring the activities being planned centrally and ensure timely execution of the same + provide the required enablers for the same.
The role needs a unique combination of high level of product expertise for both PA MVP with excellent networking skills for market /business convergence along with an exceptionally strong self-drive to achieve the set objectives
