Sales officer - Home Loans

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for home loans and mortgage loans through various channels such as open market, referrals, and online platforms.
  
• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  
• Meet with clients at their homes or offices to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.
  
• Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds when approved.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in housing finance).
  
• Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, and other types of financing options for buying/renovating properties.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
