Identify business collaborators, relationship development, encasing business prospects in designated countries/ geographic areas
b) Maintain Sales Data records, Country wise/ Party wise/ Product wise
c) Perform Market Survey & Market Intelligence for identifying Sunrise products/ segments
d) Building rapport with business associates - satisfying existing customers with timely deliveries / availability of products, maintaining standards of product / other services
e) Create futuristic conception of companys business and presence in OTC / FMCG (Hair care, Skin care and Personal Care) segments.
f) New product conception: Scanning business environment, market intelligence w.r.t competitors moves - Sensitize management about various trends and developments in the field of OTC, FMCG((Hair care, Skin care and Personal Care) segments).
g) Support management in S&M infrastructure development, investment decisions for business expansion etc.
h) Identify territories, products, distribution channel and business prospects in international arena – support the company with establishing and streamlining international business
i) Coordinate with logistics department for international business sales and dispatch
j) Setting up controls and monitoring of field distribution and operating channels
k) Facilitate packaging development related solutions for various products
l) Direct and coordinate S&M related activities - Periodical review of S&M performance, bridge the gap / variance wherever identified
m) Manpower planning, recruitment and retention of S&M team
n) Represent company in various forums, exhibitions, trade fairs nationally and internationally, supporting management in event management and sponsorship related matters
o) Resolving Customer complaints and grievances in coordination with quality control and production - Seek customer feedback – improve systems and working patterns
p) Preparation of MIS for HOD / management team
q) Manage receivables – ensure no bad debts
r) Perform additional tasks / work / projects assigned by HOD or management.
