Sales Manager (Home Loans & Business Loans)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To generate Business Loan / Mortgages business and to achieve on monthly basis targets
• To help in identifying avenues of sourcing business
• Targets and productivity to be achieved by generating maximum potential business in areas / location of prime market
• Timely and proper reporting to be done regularly to supervisors on daily affairs.
• Visibility, Awareness & Promotion of the product ensuring more lead generation and business.
• Follow processes, branch visits, lead management, updates and improve upon efficiency

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience into Home Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage loan, Unsecured
  Loans
• Sales Background: Previous experience in sales or customer support is considered an asset.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with attention to detail, reliability, and honesty.
