Role & responsibilities :

• Achieving sales targets assigned.
• Solid understanding of policies and products and offering detailed product information to the clients.
• Building brand awareness in the assigned geographical area.
• Responsible for managing a team of advisors
• Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
• To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the health advisors.
• Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
