Role Description:
- SmartConnect Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role in Thane.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads and prospects, managing the sales team, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology consulting and professional services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ensure targets are delivered through self discipline, and self performance review.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the Customer Experience Management space is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
