What You'll Do:

- Drive customer acquisition for retro fitment through strategic planning and execution.

- Lead sales campaigns and form partnerships to boost customer base.

- Hire, train, and manage district teams to meet 100% targets.

- Coordinate with central teams to ensure seamless operations and inventory availability.

- Ensure quality standards and productivity at partner workshops.

- Track budgets, deliver progress reports, and uphold process excellence.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong project management experience in Sales & Operations or Sales & Service within automotive, oil & gas, or retail industries.

- Data-driven, goal-oriented professional with excellent people management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, capable of working independently or in a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the month).
