Skills Required
- Extensive experience in developing customers in Commercial and Industrial Segment.
- Deep understanding of converting Utility scale project customers
- Knowledge of residential inverter market is a plus but not required
- Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the solar
- Ability to network with large EPC s to convert orders.
- Professional who is familiar with the key account development process, project management and bidding process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new customers as well as managing existing relationship with customers in solar PV inverter wholesales/distributions, EPCs and related business within a defined region.
- Instill customer confidence based upon strong technical understanding of products/systems and implementation of thatknowledge into customer solutions.
- Providing Necessary technical support & Quotations to Clients.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasting.
- Recruit and develop sales team.
- Conduct market/government policy analysis.
- Provide segment wise competitor analysis to management.
