Key Responsibilities:

• Drive international sales and business development to achieve growth targets.
• Manage institutional sales, including building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage documentation and dossiers for product registration and compliance with international standards.
• Handle inquiries and provide tailored solutions to international clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes.
• Research and analyze global market trends to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.

Qualifications:

• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in international markets.
• Expertise in institutional sales, documentation, and dossier preparation.
• Strong experience in handling international clients and building long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills with a good presence of mind, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to navigate diverse cultural environments with professionalism.
• Knowledge of the agricultural or bio-pesticide industry is a plus
