Selling Residential Projects
• Providing on-site assistance to clients
• Demonstrating presentation skills, effective negotiation, and persuasive abilities with clients
• Setting and achieving sales goals, and formulating sales strategies
• Engaging effectively with buyers from diverse backgrounds
• Planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's operations to generate revenue
• Acting as a strategic partner by developing and executing company plans and programs
• Analyzing and providing recommendations on the impact of long-term growth initiatives, planning, and the introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions
• Providing expert financial guidance and creating sales and marketing plans
