Role Overview
Fashion TV is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Manager to drive sales in high-end real estate. This role involves cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and meeting sales targets while upholding company standards of sophistication and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, offering tailored real estate solutions.
- Manage the sales process from consultation to transaction closure.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Market luxury properties through outreach, property tours, and presentations.
- Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Provide data-driven insights and prepare reports on market conditions and pricing.
- Achieve sales targets, contributing to overall revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote premium properties.
- Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Luxury Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and real estate tools.
- Professional appearance and deep understanding of the luxury market.
