Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales of base oil products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the base oil industry, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and target new markets and potential customers.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Business Development
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the base oil sector.
Proactively pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry connections.
Negotiation and Contracts
Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all agreements.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
