Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition rates.
  
• Handle grievances and perform generalistic HR activities such as joining formalities, payroll processing, and performance appraisal management.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  
• Analyze business needs to develop strategic plans for employee retention initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in Sales HRBP role or similar position in BFSI industry.

• Atleast 60% role comprising with Talent Aqusisition and 40% HRBP.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
