Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage dealer sales activities, including visiting retail stores to promote IT products such as peripherals, accessories, components, printers, consumables, antivirus software, mobile phones, and IT services.
  
• Develop strong relationships with dealers to increase sales revenue through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and expanding existing accounts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the company.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in field sales or channel sales in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware sales (peripherals & accessories) with ability to understand technical specifications.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people at all levels.
