Responsible for conversion of Mutual Fund leads sourced through digital campaigns and direct campaigns across. To upsell Axis MF products to existing customers and retain existing customers to shore up the clientele.
Responsible for hiring and assessing fit candidates for the process.
Constant co-ordination with outsourced teams to ensure that the leads generated are catered in a timely manner within prescribed Tats. Ensure that RM/Agent is engaging with all customers in required manner by monitoring and training them regularly.
Revenue Generation - Acquire, retain, deepen portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through Mutual Fund Products
Periodically review the business trajectory, targets and achievements, disposition management and implement the business strategies. Conducting periodic reviews with off-roll team, regular monitoring of the process with an aim to increase ops efficiency.
Identify training gaps in the process through industry best practices like VOC, NPS, Quality inputs etc. and take necessary action to train them with appropriate skills and knowledge to deal with customer queries, objections, and escalations.
Tracking and highlighting possible customer issues due to improper lead management
Regularly Updating and Maintaining the MIS.
Leverage product & investment experts to generate product specific investment ideas.
Ensure proper documentation of the operations process, keeping them updated on timely manner.
Ensure processes are consistent with defined compliance norms.
Build knowledge on available products coordinate with product/investment/and training team.
Ensure customer delight through effective communication of our product, performance & investment philosophy.
Achieve the set target by utilizing the strategies which work in best interest of the organization.
Liaison with the internal teams to enable better client interactions.
